Description
This report is the result of tremendous collaboration among the APEC Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) Steering Committee on Economic and Technical Cooperation; members of the Human Resources Development Working Group (HRDWG); the Lead Shepherd of HRDWG and his leadership team; and the coordinators of the Capacity Building Network (CBN), APEC Education Network (EDNET), and Labour and Social Protection Network (LSPN).
