Study on Competition Laws for Developing Economies, 1999 APEC requested a study on the advantages and disadvantages of competition laws for developing economies, particularly as it relates to and derives from the experience of APEC member economies. Report on Progress of Alignment with International Standards in APEC Priority Areas, 1998 The APEC Sub-Committee on Standards and Conformance (SCSC) establishment was meant to enhance and facilitate international trade, particularly amongst the APEC economies.
