Aviation Greenhouse Gas Emissions Discussed by Transportation Ministers

Adelaide, Australia, March 29, 2007

Australia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Transport and Regional Services, who is the Chair of the 5th APEC Transportation Minister. The Hon. Mark Vaile, spoke to journalists during the meeting today.

Mr. Vaile provided background on Transport Ministers discussions of measures proposed to reduce the production of greenhouse gas emissions from the aviation sector.
