The purpose of the survey is to provide a directory of information on the Electronic and Information Technology industries in the 21 APEC member economies to assist entrepreneurs, Small and Medium Enterprises, governments and trade promotion organizations, chambers and associations. It includes statistics on the industries, relevant trade negotiations, industry incentive and support programs, interviews with private companies and lists companies and government institutions in the field. The Survey was prepared by the Mexican Bank for Foreign Trade.

Available in five languages, this APEC report provides an essential guide on the processes associated with developing a risk management strategy for a tourism destination or business and how to implement and maintain these plans over time. It also provides a practical framework from which both businesses and destinations can apply crisis management strategies for prevention, preparedness, response and recovery. The material was researched and published by the APEC International Centre for Sustainable Tourism (AICST) in association with the United Nations World Tourism Organization, the Pacific Asia Travel Association and the Australian Government.
