Job Title: Program Executive (PE)

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing projects, documenting meetings and managing records at the APEC Secretariat. Reporting directly to Program Directors (PDs), the PE provides support and acts as primary contact for the PDs’ fora or working groups. The PE will also need to work and assist the PE Team Manager in developing an effective PE team.

Qualification

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management
  • University degree in relevant qualifications (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
