Medical Device Act B.E. 2551 (2008) Link Thailand does not have a definition for remanufactured products and does not apply separate rules and HS nomenclature to remanufactured products. In general, Thailand treats remanufactured products like new products. However, for remanufactured medical device, it is under control of the Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand.

Under section 6 of the Medical Device Act B.E. 2551 (2008), for the purpose of medical device regulations and protection of consumers’ safety, the Minister of Public Health with the advice of the Medical Device Committee shall have the power to prescribe the announcement to regulate medical devices.
